Job Description
Butler rose are partnered with a fantastic business in the heart of Liverpool. With a turnover of over £13 million and a second site in the works, this is a great opportunity to join them.
There are currently three people in the finance department, and they need someone to hit the ground running as an Accounts Payable Assistant to make up the team. They have a lot to offer someone who is experienced in accounts payable.
Your new role as Accounts Payable Assistant
Main Duties:
Managing all areas of accounts payable
Managing the accounts email inbox
Processing supplier invoices
Purchase orders
Monthly reconciliations
Monthly payment runs
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
Experience processing high volumes of invoices
Good attention to detail
Excellent relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
Hospitality experience (desirable)
Microsoft Office (Procurement Wizard and Sage desirable)
