Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing our guests a customer service in accordance to the Rosewood London procedures thriving to go the extra mile at all times by delivering meaningful and heartfelt experiences.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all hotel areas, standards and procedures required at the Front Office.
- Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks in a sophisticated environment.
- Anticipating guests’ needs, by responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, whatever time of day.
Requirements
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating your tasks and those of others.
- Having a real passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- A good understanding of the function of property management systems (Opera).

The nearest underground station is Holborn
- Upon arrival Holborn Underground Station head south on Kingsway.
- Then turn left onto Twyford Place and continue straight until the road ends.
- Please walk diagonally right onto a road called Whetstone Park.
- Please continue straight for 20 metres and then you will see the associate entrance to Rosewood London on your left hand side surrounded by the black fence.
- Please announce your arrival at Security.
