Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing our guests a customer service in accordance to the Rosewood London procedures thriving to go the extra mile at all times by delivering meaningful and heartfelt experiences.
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of all hotel areas, standards and procedures required at the Front Office.
  • Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks in a sophisticated environment.
  • Anticipating guests’ needs, by responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, whatever time of day.

Requirements

  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating your tasks and those of others.
  • Having a real passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
  • A good understanding of the function of property management systems (Opera).

  • Upon arrival Holborn Underground Station head south on Kingsway.
  • Then turn left onto Twyford Place and continue straight until the road ends.
  • Please walk diagonally right onto a road called Whetstone Park.
  • Please continue straight for 20 metres and then you will see the associate entrance to Rosewood London on your left hand side surrounded by the black fence.
  • Please announce your arrival at Security.
