  • Location: Bristlecone/ Fort Collins, CO
  • Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week
  • Schedule: 10am – 7pm Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday
This position will provide exceptional customer service while performing a broad range of front office duties in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Duties can include greeting clients/visitors, checking in clients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, data entry, and filing documents in an electronic medical record system. Other responsibilities include: developing relationships with referring agencies, using Microsoft office products for various communications, scheduling and maintaining calendars, electronic medical record chart maintenance, preparing and sending medical records to requesting agencies, greeting visitors, receiving and screening phone calls, providing support to our clinicians and clients, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals; Be flexible with work hours to cover multiple sites; Able to type accurately and enter information into a computerized system. Prior data entry experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and an electronic medical record, preferred.

Experiences and Background We Look For:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Colorado driver »s license. Driving record that meets the hiring requirements as set forth for someone that may transport clients/customers.
  • Preferred: Associates Degree (AA) in business or related field; or 4 years of closely related experience

Wage Ranges:

Typical hiring range for a 40-hr. work week is $16.53 – $19.83 per hour, based on relevant qualifications and experience.
