Job Description
Astrea Academy Woodfields has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Educational Welfare Officer to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting positive attitudes towards regular school attendance – your work will be crucial in ensuring that our students have a positive and fulfilling experience at school.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working in the education system, and with multi-agency settings.
- The ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, with recent and relevant training in this area.
- A confident and diplomatic approach and an awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
