Overview:
The Operations role will help drive an agency »s business scalability and accommodate growth by improving and standardizing systems, workflows/processes, platforms, communications, and tools to efficiently manage the growing amount of work, specific to a large client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes to drive agency efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks
  • Drive standardization, efficiency, and consistency in process, platforms, and workflow so that talent can work smarter not harder
  • Develop playbooks to document and formalize process and best practices
  • Manage client specific guidelines, protocols, and training to ensure compliance across entire team
  • Standardize core document templates and ensure consistency in use
  • Formalize SOPs for key communications with client and agency teams
  • Help identify potential technology that can drive efficiency
  • Organize system for sharing and archiving key information and documents
  • Support the new hire onboarding process to ensure all steps of the process are accounted for
  • Help manage new hire orientations and training
  • Ensure team members are included in necessary working groups and meetings
  • Manage open position reports
  • Organize and help facilitate internal staffing meetings
  • Help with onboarding of new clients
  • Manage calendar of core client deliverables throughout the year
  • Compile information pertinent to quarterly business reviews and annual appraisal
  • Compile client communications around key team updates
  • Update and maintain core client organizational chart

Experience:

  • Able to wear different hats and balance priorities that may vary across different areas of operations
  • Able to think big picture but also roll-up sleeves
  • Have some related media and/or agency experience
  • Problem solver with a proven ability to identify and remove barriers to project success

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
  • $125,000- $137,500
