Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield was started in 2016 when Alison Scutt needed care for her Mum. She contacted the Home Instead office local to her parents and was so impressed by the kindness, the compassion and honesty of Home Instead, she wanted to help deliver expectational care.
Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield was formed. Owned and operated by Alison, her family and her amazing team, our priority is providing person centred, companionship-led care and supporting people to maintain their independence in their own home.
At Home Instead we want you to have stability. Nothing is worse than the unknown and at Home Instead we want to reduce that stress.
We provide 10, 16 and 30 guaranteed hour a week contracts, as well as the industry standard zero-hour contract.
You will spend a minimum one hour with each client. We set you on a route with the same clients, on the same days at the same times. Every hour you spend with a client, is an hour you’re helping change someone’s life.

- Guaranteed Hours Contracts on a range of availabilities – offering contracts of Minimum Guaranteed Hours of 10, 16 and 30

- Competitive Rate of Pay – £10.50 hourly base Rate (£12.88 inclusive of travel time).
