Job Description

Home Instead offers companionship, home help and personal care for older people, allowing them to lead happy and independent lives in their local communities.
We arere are looking for kind and compassionate home care workers have the attributes and availability to care for our clients in Cardiff.
You are required to be a driver with access to your own car as our clients may need to attend appointments and love to get out and about.
**EARN UP TO £2,000 per annum more than with your current employer**
At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:
- Competitive pay – From £11.00ph to £11.50ph (Increasing to £12ph & £12.50ph from 01/02/2023)
- Plus enhanced Bank Holiday Rates.
- PLUS Paid Travel Time at £9.50ph (Increasing to £10.42ph from 01/02/2023)
- PLUS Paid Mileage at 0.30ppm
- Minimum 1 hour calls – with client matching for continuity.
Types of hours available:
- Full-time or Part-time – Contracted/Guaranteed
- From 16hrs to 35hrs per week
