We are currently looking for kind and compassionate home care workers available within the Central Walsall, Pelsall, Rushall, Bloxwhich area. We are currently recruiting for Care Professional to work between the hours of 7am-2pm. This role is ideal if you are looking to provide companionship to older adults in the community, or perhaps you have had experience of helping a family member and would like to use your experience to help others. This is a highly rewarding role where you will be working ‘one to one’ with our clients, allowing professional friendships to develop as well as working within a tight knit and supportive team.

- Competitive pay – from £10.25 to £11.25 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates from £20 per hour

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a care professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Support with medication
Qualifications
