Job Description
- Collaborate with faculty, staff and other internal stakeholders on dissemination strategies and tactics around research articles, products, service offerings or policy opportunities, with a view towards broader public influence and/or awareness
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop content and materials that support department/center goals
- Edit, write and post blog posts and other editorial content
- Contribute to, edit and disseminate internal and external newsletters
- Maintain and edit website and social media content
- May provide direction or oversight to interns
- Four (4) years of related communications experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare related environment
- Previous professional writing experience
- Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid professional writing skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
