About Our Client
Page Personnel are partnering with a well-known not for profit organisation in the Stockport area. They are now looking for an experienced Call Handler to join them on a temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent.
Job Description
As a Call Handler you will:
- Handle inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide a falls lifting service, using the appropriate equipment, to minimise ambulance call outs
- Ensure that services are delivered in line with our client »s policies and procedures
- Monitor CCTV and Door Entry systems at a variety of blocks across Stockport
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
- Will hold a full UK driving licence (essential) but don »t need access to your own car
- Be fully flexible (5 out of the 7 days) in the week as there are different shift patterns early (6.45am-2.45pm), late (2.30pm-10.30pm) and nights (10pm-7am) on a rational basis
- To understand the customer »s requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
