Job Description

Overview:

Cambridge has an opening on our Technology Access and Support team! The ideal candidate will have previous data entry experience, organization skills and like a consistent work environment where you get to broaden your customer service skills.

We are located 5 miles north of Fairfield on the beautiful Pleasant Plain Road and offer standard working hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

In this role, your time will be split between the following tasks

• Establishing access in systems for our Financial Professionals and their clients
• Work service tickets to set up access for Financial Professionals and Clients
• Data Entry
• Calling out to Financial Professionals occasionally to obtain missing information on forms.

Education & Experience:

Six months to one-year related experience, education and/or training.

Compensation: $28,000-$30,500. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
