Job Skills / Requirements
The Day Porter is responsible for continuously policing the facility and making sure it looks neat and presentable to the public. They help uphold the image of a facility by performing basic maintenance tasks including trash removal, front lobby support and restroom restocks throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Clean lobby glass and bright metal work.
- Spot clean lobby floors.
- Restock restrooms.
- Clean drinking fountains.
- Clean and polish push bars and kick plates.
- Clean elevator cabs.
- Pick up trash as required and requested.
- Removal of trash from trash can receptacles.
- Answer tenet service requests.
- Other general cleaning duties as required, including office, common area, and restrooms.
Qualifications
- No experience required, but beneficial
- Lift 25 pounds
- Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Pass criminal background check
