Job Description
Abbatt Property Recruitment are an award-winning agency placing people into roles in residential buildings across London. We are looking for someone to join our team to manage all operations out of business hours from 6am on Monday evenings to 9am on Thursday mornings.
The role will involve actively working from 6pm to 8pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Active working will re-commence on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between 6am and 9am. This role is fully remote, and a laptop and phone will be provided. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a temp agency or another fast-paced staffing environment.

Tuesday 6am – 9am, 6pm – 8pm (on call 8pm – 6am)
Wednesday 6am – 9am, 6pm – 8pm (on call 8pm – 6am)
Thursday 6am – 9am
During the active working hours tasks will include checking in workers, dealing with enquiries from candidates and clients, updating the software, filling bookings, and ad hoc admin tasks. Full training will be provided, and this will be in our office in Central London so you must be prepared to come to London for at least 3 days before commencing.
As the role holder will be the sole representative of the company at weekends, the role holder will have to have excellent communication and customer service skills. They will also have to be very well organised and computer literate as they will have to navigate the company software and ensure all information is correctly entered. Team leader, staff booker, customer service, company operations experience will be advantageous.
