At East London Apartments, we are looking for team members who are resilient and committed to working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma and multiple exclusion. East London Apartments is a complex need accommodation based service in Tower Hamlets, supporting some of the most entrenched rough sleepers in the borough. East London Apartments implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. This is an approach which was developed to support people out of homelessness, in particular those who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with a personality disorder.
