Job Description
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an Estates Officer / Caretaker to join a school based in Cheltenham on a temporary basis.
This role will be for a minimum of 4 weeks and could go on for 2 weeks whilst they recruit permanently. You are more than welcome to apply for the permanent position during this time.
Duties of an Estates Officer:
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all users of the school
- Providing an efficient and effective service for all students, staff and visitors
- Carry out duties relating to the security, general domestic needs and Health & Safety
- Follow prescribed procedures in the event of fire, flood, breaking and entering, accident, incident or major damage
- Moving furniture around classrooms etc
This role is 26.5 hours per week working on a rota basis covering afternoons or evenings.
11.67 per hour
Immediate start available
You are required to have an enhanced DBS.
