About ICMI & HDI – The Brands
About ICMI
ICMI is the leading global provider of comprehensive resources for customer management professionals who wish to improve customer experiences and increase efficiencies at every level of the contact center. Since 1985, ICMI has provided more than 50,000 organizations in 167 countries with access to training, events, certification, consulting, and informational resources.
ICMI events – including Contact Center Expo and Contact Center Expo Digital Edition – are highly rated community conferences for contact center management professionals. These leaders are charged with evaluating, implementing, and purchasing customer care products and solutions and they find great value in the mix of best practice content, engaging networking and innovative solutions they find at ICMI events. Our events serve as a key cross-promotional vehicle for driving awareness for the larger value we can deliver to contact centers all year round.
About HDI
HDI is the leading events and services organization empowering the technical support and service management industry and its people. We started the IT service and support industry over 30 years ago by setting the standard for performance improvement at both the organizational and professional levels. We are also wholly committed to the advancement of this community. Whether it be through our online community platform – HDI Connect – best practice resources and content, career networking tools, local chapters or hosting in-person events and meet ups, HDI is the industry’s leading connector and collaborator. That is why thousands of organizations and professionals have leaned on HDI over the years to connect them to the answers that advance their careers, grow their network and improve their customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
HDI annual events include SupportWorld Live and Service Management World. SupportWorld Live brings together a broad cross-section of the global IT service and support community for a dynamic conference and expo to share best practices, network, overcome similar challenges, and celebrate success. Service Management World is the definitive event for service management leaders seeking to explore the strategic and tactical elements of an optimal service management strategy. Both events feature the infectious passion and energy the IT support community has for their work and build on the professional networks and innovation that carry the industry forward.
