Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. The audience of regular correspondence will include executive management, regulators, auditors and examiners
- Experience in branch automation, loan documentation, credit administration and compliance
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Must be exceptionally detail oriented
- Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC)
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are absolutely essential.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional customer service skills, organizational skills and self-motivation are also required.
- Professional telephone skills and business etiquette are critical in the position.
- Must be a team oriented and willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as needed.
- Skilled in the use of a PC and various software
- Commitment to exceed customer service expectations
- Ability to resolve customer service issues such that Bank and customer needs are met
