This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of GBS Travel by leading the design and communication of existing & new service lines in support of our c.12,000 active travellers around the world in c.25 countries and all businesses through the end to end process. This will involve creative problem solving, customer collaboration, strong project management and team leadership.
Group Business Services (GBS) Procurement Category Management provides Corporate Services for the entire global organisation.

What you will be doing:
In this role, high level systems thinking and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring robust solutions are designed and implemented that deliver superb customer experience.
- Lead the design and introduction of solutions for all Travel, Meetings & Expense service lines in support of all of our businesses globally.
- Responsibility for all Travel, Meetings & Expenses communication channels (Yammer, Service Now, Portal, Knowledge articles, Newsletter’s etc).
- Assist in co-ordinating across the different teams in India, US, Germany & UK including strategic suppliers.
- Oversee design and implementation of efficient solutions that deliver superb customer experience.
