The role of Field Support Supervisor / Care Professional:

Based at our Barnsley Office on Huddersfield Road.

Full-Time Permanent Contract

The Field Support role is a full-time 37.5 hour Contract which consists of various tasks including care co-ordination, office administration, on-call weekend rota and caregiving duties, ensuring an excellent service and standard of care to our Clients in the North Sheffield Area.

  • 5 days per week office/field based (normal days of working Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00pm)
  • Weekend Office working on a rota basis (currently 1 in 4 weekends) – with 2 days taken in lieu the week before or after
  • On-call evening duties on a rota basis (currently 1 in 10 evenings)
  • Care Professional duties where required for the business » need
  • Availability to work alternate weekends may be required on an ad-hoc basis if Client need requires (days to be taken in lieu).

Qualifications


Full driving licence/access to own vehicle.

Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care.

Experience of providing a quality service.

Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals.

Some administration experience desirable.
