Flight Attendant, Executive Aircraft
Perform the duties of Flight Attendant / Crewmember on corporation owned or leased aircraft for transportation of CEO, Chairman, Senior Leadership personnel, their staff, and customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Always maintain situational awareness. Exercise good judgment when making in-flight and on the ground decisions.
- Safely execute all flights by utilizing professional flying and flight planning skills in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration, and the policies and procedures of flight department.
- Utilize Crew Resource Management skills to ensure that all available resources are used, including checklists, other crewmembers, etc. Regularly review and maintain a thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, flight procedures, SOPs, and regulations as they apply to passenger service and safety.
- Assure that all food, material, and services provided by local, domestic, and international vendors are of the highest quality and provided at reasonable cost.
- Demonstrate exceptional degree of confidentiality, professional poise, and discretion under ALL conditions.
- Successfully participate in and apply learning from company sponsored training.
- Ensure that all activities are following all appropriate Government, EH&S, Diversity and Ethics policies and guidelines.
- MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL WORLDWIDE WITHOUT RESTRICTION.
- Perform additional tasks and acquire varying responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be Safety and Customer focused and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- 3 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant preferred.
- Must be flexible, enjoy traveling and maintain a positive attitude under high level stress load.
- A valid certificate from FACTS AirCare International, or Flight Safety International qualification courses, and certification in the management of in-flight illness, injury, and defibrillator use.
- A valid US Passport.
- Global Entry preferred, but not necessary.
- Must demonstrate innovative culinary and food service skills.
- Must keep his/her primary residence within one hour driving distance of their assigned base.
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
