Job Description
Atkins Building design practice have a vacancy in our Epsom office for a Framework Co-ordinator to work in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver a full suite of Framework duties. We can offer extremely varied and interesting work with a number of high profile public and private sector clients.
This is intended as a full time role, however we would be interested in receiving applications from candidates seeking part-time employment as there may be an opportunity for job share, and also those seeking a hybrid working arrangement as this could be accommodated.
This role has excellent prospects for an individual who has a strong ambition to progress and enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team and has experience in managing client relationships and dealing with legal and technical issues.
Please note this is not a technical role, though knowledge of technical matters would be an advantage to help contextualise what’s being delivered by the team. We need someone who is a good administrator and communicator who can coordinate delivery within the Atkins design team as well as interact with the client.
Duties will include:
- Regular liaison with Portfolio Leads to establish project progress and generate reports for Atkins’ management team, and for issue to the client.
- Monitoring of project compliance against Atkins’ governance system. Highlighting non-compliance to the Portfolio/Framework Manager.
- Generation of management information for internal review, and reports for presentation to the client.
- Assistance with development of in-house systems and associated business processes to drive efficiency.
- Organise and attend regular meetings with clients, presentation of progress information, and minute taking.
- Diary Management & Framework Event Setups.
- Supporting the Commission Manager at client meetings, fielding their questions during the meeting and following up on agreed actions.
- Manage Atkins’ interface with the SCC Common Data Environment (ViewPoint), including oversight of document control, reporting, and project communications.
- Input into the framework project tracker and monitor Task Order progress.
- Co-ordinate internal Surveys/Services with design leads.
- Support the Task Order Support team with new project commissions and the work flow process.
- General administrative support as required to the teams (CRM, Stagegates, LOAs, Contract Job Memos).
