- Design for any medium. Web. Print. Digital. Premiums. Wearables.
- Attend project kick-off meetings to learn the intended outcome of the work and clarify direction.
- Take direction and contribute to the success of the end product.
- Assist other team designers in the designing or production of work already in progress.
- Conduct image searches.
- Manage the design needs for our CME client.
- Designs for any medium: print, digital media, wed, video, experience and premiums.
- Attends project kick-off meetings and follows creative and/or project briefs
- Takes direction from creative supervisor on independent projects as well as assists other designers with their projects.
- Conducts image searches, sets photo style, works with photographers and attends shoots
- Multi-tasks projects while hitting individual project deadlines
- Brainstorms conceptual ideas and campaigns that are clever, emotional and forward thinking with their copy partner
- Detail-oriented, attentive and accurate
- Understands the ways marketing helps clients achieve their goals
- Exhibits a genuine interest in advertising and is eager to learn and ask questions
- Utilizes friendly and clear communication style
- Is a team player and nurturer of healthy workplace culture; leads by example
- Shows to be a self-starter who has an entrepreneurial spirit, ambition and is resourceful
- Demonstrates bold, brave, and brilliant thinking and execution
- Marketing agency or inhouse marketing department experience
- Hands on photo and video shoot experience
- Web and UX design experience
- Branding experience
- Digital illustration experience
- Audio/Visual experience
- Motion graphics experience
- Strong design aptitude as demonstrated by portfolio
- Indepth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and bridge
- Advanced proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint or Keynote)
- Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking / problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Digital, Web, Print and Video marketing experience
- Digital or online portfolio of work and case studies across full range of print, digital and video mediums to be utilized in interview process
- Knowledge of podcasting, audio recording equipment and set-up, and audio editing via Adobe Audition
- Knowledge of one email software like Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc
