Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7

We make promises to our customers, and we »ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Providing help to Sainsbury »s Argos customers, home delivery drivers, CMC and other DHL areas
  • Communication with Sainsbury »s Argos customers, home delivery drivers, CMC and other DHL areas
  • Analysing statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service being provided
  • Provide effective communication between the department, CMC and home delivery crews to ensure an effective home delivery service whilst maintaining a low fails % and enhanced customer experience
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the correct methods and tools

  • PC Literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Internet and E-Mail
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
