Are you looking to start or develop your career in HR? Are you process driven with the ability to adapt quickly to change? How about working for one of the biggest names in E-commerce, ASOS?

At our ASOS Barnsley site we are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role you will provide timely, effective, and comprehensive support to site whilst supporting with recruitment and selection. You will also positively promote correct behaviours and culture within your area of responsibility.

This position is working 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.


What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • HR Administrative duties as directed by your line manager
  • Provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers
  • Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments
  • Continue to promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO


What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Experience working in a HR environment, in a people focused role
  • Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Good use of Microsoft Office and experience working with HR databases
  • Any payroll experience would be an advantage
