Navistar »s People and Culture organization is seeking a HR Data Management Associate to join our growing team!!
Responsibilities:
The HR Data Management Associate will perform a variety of HR related administrative tasks, such as:
- Report and analyze employee data into electronic databases for headcount accruals
- Data entry into HRIS systems for position management as well as spans and layers across organization
- Process data requests and provide relevant information
- Accurately interpret and communicate data with managers across the organization
- Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
OR
- At least 2 years of HRIS experience
Additional Requirements:
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Desired Skills:
- Exposure to Nakisa and SAP
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Ability to run employee reports in the various HR systems
- Approachable and Enthusiastic Attitude at work
- Ability to track progress on assignments and report out on status as required
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Advanced/Expert level Excel skills required (pivot tables, V-Look Up, comfort and knowledge running reports, etc.)
