Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries and advice within the academy, escalating as required
- Support the whole people cycle from recruitment to leavers with a range of HR and payroll services
- Work on their own initiative and as part of a wider team to support high quality HR services
- Ensure that customer service and employee experience are a priority
- Bring a positive and proactive approach to a busy and diverse workload
- Confident, positive and approachable
- A proven, knowledgeable HR administrator who is keen to develop into a more generalist role or an experienced practitioner who already has a track record of delivering high quality advice
- Someone who can hit the ground running in this impactful role
- Collaborative and a genuine team player
