- Minimum 3 years inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and via the phone
- Must have knowledge of different types of steel-metal
- Technical ability to understand manufacturing processes
- Must be able to complete all task from the time the customer request for a quote and to the time the product is delivered.
