About The Role

The IT Office Executive role is responsible for performing and managing key IT administrative functions including Cost Management, Supplier Management, Asset Management and associated Reporting as detailed in the Principle Accountabilities of the job description

The role will deliver a consistently strong and accurate management of principle accountabilities through establishing strong and trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Through the development and the application of robust and efficient processes and a high attention to detail.

The role in most cases will perform the tasks, but the role will expand into being responsible for the end to end management of key processes which all link into the accurate utilisation of Operational (Opex) and Capital (Capex) IT budgets. The role will be integral to supporting the annual budgeting cycles, directly through the ongoing delivery of the role and the data sourced and produced.

About You

The ideal candidate will have an abundance of enthusiasm to learn and grow in the role. The role has the ability to suit a person fresh out of college or University who is interested in stepping onto the first run of a career ladder.
On the reverse slide, the role will also suit a person who has previously worked in an Office Management or PA role.
The role has many diverse accountabilities and will need to confidently engage with cross function stakeholders whilst juggling numerous priorities and pieces of work.
The candidate will be calm under pressure, plan their workload and deliver to agreed deadlines
