A role of Journey Coach has come up with The Riverside Group for a duration of 6 months ongoing assignment.

Job Purpose:
The Journey coach role will require the individual to deliver positive focused support to the customers within Simon Mead House. Working with clients to agree and set goals and actions. through key-working, support plans, risk assessments and other interventions. This will include signposting individuals to support for their mental health and or drug and alcohol addiction.
There is a 7 day shift pattern – Journey Coaches work at least 5 days a week including weekends on either a 7am -3 pm or 2pm to 10 pm shift pattern.
