Job Description
Location: Staines-upon-Thames
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 (OTE £50,000 – £70,000)
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work out of Seymours Estate Agents’ fantastic new office in Staines-upon-Thames, where you will not only receive a constant flow of referrals from the staff in this office but also an overflow of leads from the 5 other Seymours Estate Agents offices that we currently deal with.
We also have a large number of existing client mortgage reviews every month, of which you will receive a share (typical conversion is 80% to 90% of all reviews).
The role is full time, from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. As an adviser, you would be expected to work additional hours where business dictates.
This position is available immediately, however we will be happy to wait for up to 3 months for the right candidate.
The basic salary is £30,000 to £33,000 basic per year, dependant upon experience, with a realistic OTE of £50,000 to £70,000 (full details available upon request). You will be entitled to 22 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.

Full admin support will be provided, typically 2 advisers to 1 admin.
