Job Description
This role with perform clerical duties for the fresh plant. This is to include daily recording of all production metrics including: yield, attainment, downtime recording, and basic calculations for throughput and labor efficiencies. This role will also assist with recorded staffing data and trends, monitoring and verifying inventories, and ensuring accurate record keeping for BRC audit requirements. Finally, this person will assisting with the collection of data associated with the implementation and execution of the Powers management initiatives including data collection for business review meetings.
At the management team’s direction, this role will also assist in data collection for analysis of operational tests to assist with throughput and yield optimization, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Daily data entry
Basic mathematical calculations
Working knowledge of Excel and writing basic formulas
Ensure accurate record keeping in line with BRC standards
Assist with basic data collection on production floor
Assist with Safety audits
Don Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
2 – 4 years of general office experience
Basic knowledge of computer systems
Good communication skills
Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
