** EXCLUSIVE ROLE – PARAPLANNING ADMIN SUPPORT **
** LOCATION – ALTRINCHAM **
** SALARY – Up to 22,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working **

NJR Recruitment are « exclusively » working in Partnership with an Award Winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners who now have a new and exciting job opportunity for a driven and hardworking individual to form part of their « Technical Support » hub.

Working from their large offices in Altrincham the successful Candidate will benefit from a hybrid role (3 days office / 2 days home) and will work alongside really technical and well qualified individuals who you will learn an incredible amount from.

The Technical Support Team is primarily responsible for producing suitability reports for clients on behalf of its advisers. The team is made up of paraplanners and administrators, and as a « Technical Support Administrator » you will be responsible for dealing with client facing documents, by gathering the relevant information from product providers and physically preparing the reports for the advisers in advance of client meetings/to issue in the post.

Daily tasks include;

o Provide administrative assistance to the paraplanners
o Send letters of authority to product providers
o Complete data harvest on different types of product to a consistent standard
o Update Know Your Client (KYC) « fact find » information on Intelligent Office
o Ensuring the completion of all electronic new business building and illustration creation
o Ensuring all suitability reports are packaged and issued to clients accurately
o Early identification and reporting, to Head of Technical Support, of difficult cases that could require additional time/expertise to resolve (e.g. slow responding providers or complex pensions)
o Provide support to the Investment Administration team as and when required
o Ensuring that any complaints (formal or informal), breaches or losses are reported to the Head of Risk Management

Candidates applying for the role will have some experience working within Financial Services, preferably within an IFA Firm or a Product Provider. This is a varied, fast paced and relatively demanding role, therefore those applying should be looking for variety and be keen to take on new tasks whilst developing skills within a buoyant and exciting industry.

To apply for the role you will be able to work within defined business processes, as part of a team and individually on own initiative. You should also have the ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, prioritising and planning own workload. Good IT skills (notably MS Word and Excel, but also able to learn third party software such as Intelligent Office, FE Analytics and Selectapension)
