Here at Aldershot Regional Rehabilitation Unit (RRU), we are inclusive and dedicated, working to provide excellent care to our entitled personnel.
We are looking for a friendly, well-organised and adaptable AO Administration Officer to join our encouraging and welcoming team of dedicated military and civilian healthcare professionals and Administrative staff at Regional Rehabilitation Unit (RRU) in Aldershot.
The position offers 37 hours per week and requests to work flexibly will be considered, taking into account business needs.

Job description
The successful candidate will be providing timely and effective administrative support to the clinical staff of the rehabilitation facility to support the provision of physiotherapy and rehabilitation to all customers.
The post holder will be supporting the delivery of the Multi Injury Assessment Clinic (MIAC) and Injury Assessment Clinics which will provide comprehensive, efficient and effective service in accordance with Ministry of Defence and Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) policies and procedures.
Person specification
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Organising and co-ordinating clinics and rehabilitation courses for Unit staff and visiting specialists, data input, the production/maintenance of statistical data for various organisations, and general clerical support.
Ensuring all expressions of dissatisfaction are passed to the most appropriate level, within the appropriate time frames and conclusively, in compliance with associated policies and procedures.
Contributing to effective liaison with internal agencies i.e., other treatment facilities and other organisations involved in the provision of treatment.
Participating in non-clinical practice audit to improve treatment facility organisation and administration.

Selection process details
