Job Description
The Bell Foundation is a charity which aims to overcome exclusion through language education by working with partners on innovation, research, training and practical interventions.
The role:
- To be responsible for delivering the public policy influencing work of the Foundation.
- To achieve impact by influencing policymakers and stakeholders and to support evidence-based system change, building on the learning from the Foundation’s programmes.
- To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, develop and deliver an advocacy strategy at relevant government and sector stakeholders levels for the Foundation’s work across its programmatic areas.
The candidate:
- A self-starter, able to drive the delivery of an influencing strategy and create relationships that have the potential to deliver regional and national impact. Also motivated by our charitable vision, mission, values and programmes.
- Has experience in influencing public policy, can build effective relationships and shares our passion for achieving change.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining collaborations with a wide range of partners. Together with experience in developing policy positions and articulating these convincingly to decision-makers and stakeholders.
