THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of the Insights & Programs team at Xactly the Program Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement business initiatives that drive improvement across the organization. As improvement opportunities are identified through insights, the program team will drive execution of cross functional programs, holding stakeholders accountable to ensure successful implementation of key business initiatives.
As a Program Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end project delivery process and overall leadership and coordination efforts with team members and executive sponsors to ensure projects are successfully delivered. You will direct the project plan, project forecast, and change management process for Xactly with the support of the wider Operations team. You’ll keep projects on track and will manage project-related issues and proactively employ risk identification and mitigation while facilitating project status/steering meetings and communicating with senior leadership and project stakeholders.

THE TEAM:
Insights and Programs team support the optimization and improvement of the entire business through providing actionable insights aligned to existing processes, metrics and KPIs to drive profitable growth.
These insights will be centrally accessible, documented with metrics clearly defined to create trust.
As improvement opportunities are identified through insights, the program team will drive execution of cross functional programs, holding stakeholders accountable to ensure successful implementation of key business initiatives.
The Insights and Programs team is part of the larger Operations team that includes Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations and IT Operations.
SKILL SET / QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years managing multiple projects with a track record of successful management of resources, stakeholders, and schedules
Good understanding of internal company processes
Pragmatic and results-driven with superior negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalations
Consultative mindset and outcome focused
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideation: Creation of new initiatives that improve operational efficiency & effectiveness.
Planing: Defining scope, securing executive sponsorship and identifying core team members for projects
Building: Defining deliverables with core team members and structuring project for execution
Launching: Ensure successful launch of new deliverables through aligning with various departments and leaders
Executing: Establish regular cadence to monitor progress and impact of project outcome

Start to get your hands on projects, get to know your team and coordinate with stakeholders
Lead your own projects to completion
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
Mentor others on the team and possibly be an Xactly expert for a new hire
Take on additional projects across departments
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Be fully ramped up to include mentoring
Act as a Process expert and thought leader within Xactly
Take on additional leadership amongst the team

The compensation range is specific to the United States and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $84,000 – $105,000 plus applicable bonus
