Job Description

  • Job Title: Project Administrator – Global Food Assurance
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 hour per week
  • Job Location: Frimley

As a Project Administrator you’ll be responsible for carrying administration processes and support for the global food programs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Administer appropriate activities covering the set up and management of the global programs
  • Provide administration support to other key stakeholders
  • Provide timely and efficient administrative support in all aspects of assigned tasks/projects.
  • Maintain program performance databases including training and approval records.
  • Maintain program site locations as well as affiliate and client user access detail on CATS according to the program specifications, client-specific requirements and line manager instructions.
  • Maintain an effective central communication channel with key program stakeholders using appropriate TEAMS Groups.
  • Be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of fees to the SGS network.
  • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures to fulfil customer expectations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you »ll have experience working in an administrative environment and have experience using MS Excel with proven working experience using complex spreadsheets

You »ll also be fully competent in the use of other main MS Office applications
