Purchase Ledger – Part Time
3 days per week
Bury, Manchester
Do you want to join a small friendly team? We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client, a specialist importer who supplies the retail industry across Wholesalers, Supermarkets and Independents.
Based in North Manchester, this role offers the successful candidate stability and a friendly working environment where everyone helps to get the job done.
Duties:
Post invoices and payments using SAGE 200 (although not critical as all systems are similar)
Use of Excel
Reconcile supplier Accounts
Ad hoc reports and analysis, e.g. matching freight invoices with shipments
Used to working in different currencies
Used to online banking, setting up payments
You should have previous experience in a similar role. Candidates with Sage 200 experience will be of particular interest.
Must be experienced, working in the FMCG sector, in a business with substantial turnover and be able to work unsupervised.
