Job Description
Our office was established in Hexham and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL
- Source, recruit and engage best in class professional profiles
- Provide full life-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible hiring and on- boarding experience
- Share best practices and take inspiration from the international People Experience team
- 2 – 4 years recruitment experience- either agency or in-house
- Able to work at a fast pace, multi-tasking and prioritising a busy workload
- Experience managing high volume recruitment, using an applicant tracking system for large recruitment campaigns
- Able to build effective relationships with a diverse pool oF stakeholders using strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Looking to develop a career with a global, commercial PLC
