IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL

  • Source, recruit and engage best in class professional profiles
  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible hiring and on- boarding experience
  • Share best practices and take inspiration from the international People Experience team

Qualifications

  • 2 – 4 years recruitment experience- either agency or in-house
  • Able to work at a fast pace, multi-tasking and prioritising a busy workload
  • Experience managing high volume recruitment, using an applicant tracking system for large recruitment campaigns
  • Able to build effective relationships with a diverse pool oF stakeholders using strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Looking to develop a career with a global, commercial PLC
