THE SECURITY REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Opening the Special Access Program Facility.
- Security efforts in support of development, production and sustainment for F-35 Special Access Program contractual requirements.
- Physical security of Special Access Program facilities.
- Controlling access and badging to all F-35 areas in specified facilities, providing escort when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities.
- Providing assistance and support for classified meetings and may provide Security briefings.
- Performing other duties as necessary including random entry and exit checks as well as roving patrols.
- Will be hired to support primarily 1st shift but mission events may require any and all other shift scheduling to include weekend work potentially.
This position is located at Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA.
Basic Qualifications: Basic Qualifications :
1. Final transferable SECRET security clearance, to include a Periodic Reinvestigation within the last six years or confirmed enrollment within Continuous Evaluation (CE).
2. Must be able to gain and maintain Special Access Program and TOP SECRET clearances.
3. Familiar with and at least 3 months experience working with Special Access Required security requirements.
4. Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, DoD 5205.07, Vols. 1-4.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
7. Ability to multi-task.
Desired Skills: Desired skills :
1. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
2. Familiar with and at least 6 months experience working in Special Access Program environment.
3. Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with JAFAN 6/9/ ICD 705.
4. Database experience, Access, SIMs etc.
5. Above average oral and written communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 6 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
