The Opportunity
The Professional Services group of Workfront is responsible for providing superior implementation a nd integration services to ensure adoptability of the platform and customer success. The Integration Consultant(IC) is a critical player in the customer journey as they will act as the customer-facing, technical expert regarding 3rd party software integrations with Workfront. The IC’s main objective is to increase the value of Workfront to our customers through integration of enterprise technologies and automation of Workfront processes.
In addition to implementation consulting expertise, this role requires a g uiding approach that increases solution adoption, adds business value, and ultimately optimizes the implementation process to enhance the client experience, increasing satisfaction and retention.
IC will be called upon to assess integration needs/requireme nts, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities of the customer journey. The IC is also responsible for developing the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach .
IC should also be able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion to facilitate the sale of additional packages and services that may benefit the customer.
IC would go through Workfront a nd Fusion certification process upon hiring.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey
Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project del ivery
Partner with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Business Consultants and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions for the customer
Oversee technical development and follow standard operating procedure documentati on to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software
Solve technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions
Data migration from previous client tools & systems
Deliver enterprise-grade integrati ons by leading technical discussions and producing the necessary documentation
Take up technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing validated solutions
Identify and communicate project risks
Respond to and satisfy gaps or needs in customer requests within scope
Deliver upon agreed timelines
Work on multiple Workfront instances concurrently
A confident presence with skills in leading conversations at all levels of an organisation and managing multiple personalities is required
Req uired experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or Business Technology Management
3+ years of experience in client facing integration and/or implementation work (integration, software develop ment, networking, operations, etc.)
Proficient with DellBoomi or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired
Familiarity with relational databases / SQL
Basic networking, network security, and communications knowledge
Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience managing technical projects in a customer-facing position
Ability to understand and communicate the customer »s business objectives to internal team members
Customer-focus ed with demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations regarding service levels
Ability to travel to customer sites
Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ER P, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.)
