Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator
Progressive Roofing is a 40+ year-old private equity-backed commercial roofing company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We are the sixth-largest roofing company in the United States with operations in more than a dozen markets across the country. Our primary business is large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing and waterproofing.
About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Phoenix service team. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in administrative support, project management assistant, or accounting-type role – preferably in the construction trades. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone and email correspondence. At times, this could be 100+ inbound inquiries per day.
- Set up work requests in company software programs. Particularly during rain events, this is an especially large volume of work with time-sensitive completion time requirements.
- As requested or appropriate, provide customers with copies of insurance certificates, W9 forms, lien release waivers, warranty documentation, etc.
- Create and send workmanship warranty documents and assist in the submission of warranty requests.
- Invoice completed work requests in company software programs and send them to customers.
- Assist with the collection of past-due invoices.
Please note this role is not conducive to remote working. Experience with Sage, FCS, and/or AboutTime, or WorkMax would be extremely beneficial.

As an ideal candidate, you are a motivated self-starter with strong computer skills; exceptional customer service skills (phone and email); excellent attention to detail; the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment; ability to achieve goals in a positive, honest, and direct fashion; a problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot challenges; highly intrinsically motivated; and have the ability to at times work flexible hours (Monday-Friday anytime between 6a-6p, and occasional weekend support).
All potential candidates must pass a background check and drug test. In addition to hourly wages, compensation includes an annual bonus; medical, dental, and life insurance; as well as 401k and paid time off.
