Duties
- Build and lead a highly effective and rewarded Service Team through training, experience and performance.
- Drive great customer care, productivity and results through service systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and education to all levels of riders.
- Contribute to the performance of an experienced leadership team and demonstrate commitment to our Vision, Mission and Values.
Requirements
The Service Manager brings knowledge, enthusiasm and energy for their industry, team members, and clients. Ideal applicants bring experience in employee and bicycle service department leadership, along with the ability to make executive decisions that help direct, guide, and develop the team and our business. Your input counts and you will have the opportunity to make a difference in how we serve our regional customers. Qualified candidates must feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the sale and service of 10+ brands of bicycles.
