Service Marketing Specialist
Irvine, CA / Full-time
Your Responsibilities
Work on marketing projects for the Customer Service division and all its assets, including maintaining support resources on the website, creating content, maintaining the online accessories shop, and communications and marketing activities for B2B channels.
Job Functions
B2B marketing outreach
- Create informational & marketing content for B2B channel
- Maintain brand standards
- Supervise tradeshow activity
- Analyze campaign results
Maintain online accessories shop & digital programs
- Add new accessories as launched and needed
- Refine store content as needed
- Analyze store KPIs and NPS surveys
- Test & maintain various digital assets/programs
Service Marketing
- Create support content & emails in collaboration with other teams
- Review support content and refine as needed
Ensure that Corporate Design guidelines in Customer Service are adhered to and liaise with HQ with regard to CD
To maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
- At least 1-2 years of marketing experience, required
- Basic to moderate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop
- Self-motivated & proactive with ability to work independently
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with an efficient work ethic
- Analytical ability to interpret data and improve campaigns
- Ability to apply marketing principles and knowledge to projects
- Understanding of the U.S. consumer (premium market)
- 4-year college degree – Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field, required
Your Pay & Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the maximum payout potential is 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
Benefits offered include the following:
