This is a Full-Time Maintenance & Construction position. Begins Now and Ends 1/6/2023
Summary: The Silver Dollar City Campground is looking for maintenance team members that can help us maintain our beautiful property. In this position, you may perform minor and routine duties such as; painting, plumbing, replacing air filters, and other related activities. You will also maintain the lawn, shrubbery, walkways, and buildings to look great and exceed our guests’ expectations.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, empty trash, and garbage containers
- Maintains building and cabins, performing minor electrical and plumbing, replaces air conditioner filters and other related maintenance activities
- Maintains RV sites, removes litter, and performs minor electrical and plumbing repairs as required
- Cleans snow and debris from the sidewalk, and spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup
- Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, trims and edges walkways, flower beds, and walls
- Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides
- Rakes blows, and bags or burns leaves, cleans grounds, and removes litter
- Plants and waters plants, grass, flowers, shrubs, and lawn
- Repairs and paints outbuildings, fences, gates, walls, and walks
- Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts

This position also requires that you are available to serve in the role of Maintenance On-Call for four nights a week. In this position, you would need to be on property and available to respond to any emergency maintenance calls that you receive in a timely fashion. This position includes an RV site to live in with utilities (water, electric, and cable) included. Candidate would need to own their own RV as we do not provide one.
