Job Details:

General Summary: The Store Operations Sr Analyst role supports specific projects, initiatives, and/or activities for the Store Compliance team. The role will build and/or maintain reporting for store compliance initiatives, ad-hoc analysis, develop/implement solutions, and craft/send communications to the store teams. Primarily supports the team focused on store compliance projects and initiatives, which will involve cross-functional partnership(s)and/or in-store processes and touchpoints.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain Store Compliance Reporting
  • Utilizes multiple internal systems to provide detailed analyses on compliance initiatives
  • Manages reporting as it relates to store compliance metrics
  • Analyzes current reporting and processes to identify enhancements
  • Processes weekly standard reporting and communicate results

• Ad-Hoc Reporting
  • Analyzes and deep dives results to present insights to leadership
  • Conducts root cause analysis and hypotheses
  • Supports leadership identifying sources of opportunity and/or develops solutions
  • Determines the size of each opportunity/solution

• Support Store Compliance Initiatives
  • Completes assigned weekly tasks in support of safety/pricing/regulatory compliance
  • Follows up with store and field leadership on the completion of assigned tasks
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to support compliance initiatives

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong understanding of writing and optimizing database queries (1010data XML preferred)
• Experience managing large data tables and ability build repeatable queries/automated processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Extreme attention to detail in data analytics, report formatting and written communication
• React quickly to support leadership with Ad-Hoc analysis
• Identify potential drivers of emerging problems
• Highly organized self-starter with proven track record of producing results
• Ability to develop and maintain system document on and procedures
• Team-oriented attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a results-oriented, project-driven team environment, while prioritizing

Work Experience &/or Education:

Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 – 4 years of work experience in an analyst role. Master’s degree in Business preferred. Retail work experience a plus.
