Position Details
About the Honors College: The Honors College at Auburn University is home to nearly 1,500 of the best and brightest students from each of the university’s academic colleges and schools. The college, and its curriculum, represent a flexible, challenging and individualized path for students to take as they complete their degree. They can select Honors versions of core curriculum courses, departmental courses, seminars or research seminars, and study abroad courses. They may choose to become involved in undergraduate research and complete an Honors thesis or a professional presentation. They may also choose to enroll in graduate-level courses, which can count toward their graduate degree if they continue at Auburn. Partnering with faculty across campus, the Honors College offers roughly 190 Honors courses each year with an average class size of 25-30. The small class sizes allow for active classrooms and students get to know their faculty and the other students in the class.
