Job Description

Overview:

Are you a PAWsome supply chain guru looking for a new opportunity? Come join our Supply Chain Operations & Planning pack. This is a position for a self-starter and knows how to move past challenges and find alternative solutions.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

This dynamic role allows you to gain valuable operations, planning, store fulfillment, and inventory experience with a growing Pet Specialty retailer. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the product flow for new stores, remodels & conversions. This includes working with multiple departments on orders, inventory availability and delivery timing.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Generate & Submit Initial Stocking orders & Display Plans
  • New, conversion, remodel & relocation stores, to include loading orders into systems, confirming purchase order accuracy & communicating information with each distribution center.
• Coordinate delivery timing
  • Confirm ISO delivery schedules with set crew & distributors & franchise owners.
  • Confirm regular order & delivery days.
• Generation & execution of all print materials
  • Printing planograms, labels, maps & other materials
• Managing and updating schedules
  • Monitor & update warehouse and distributors with schedule changes and progress with the new store forecast & build team
• Additional responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ plus years of supply chain or business experience
• 3+ plus year of Microsoft Excel experience (creating formulas; exp: vlookup, sumif; etc.)
• Must be able to identify and formulate solutions to problems and have extreme attention to detail.
• Proficient and comfortable with computer systems, and ideally have experience with various retail or distribution computer systems
