Job Description
Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Housing Support Worker on a short term temporary contract where you will covering a project in Oldham
The role will involve working a 40 hour week which will include a weekly rota of 8-4 and 12-8. No weekends are required
As a frontline Housing Support Worker your role will involve:
- Providing support across various client groups that include Mental Health, Substance Mis Use and Homelessness
- Devising support plans
- Risk assessments
- Managing a caseload of clients
You MUST also have an Enhanced DBS Check or be on the Update Service
