This position works out of our Lingo location in London.
You will utilize critical thinking and acquired product knowledge to provide a world-class level of support for all Lingo product inquiries and tickets. Although you will primarily support escalated requests from the Tier 1 team, you will also help Lingo customers directly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key responsibilities and accountability
- Provide escalated support and solve tickets that the Tier 1 team could not solve in a timely manner
- Process orders and transactions based on input from the customer relationship management (CRM) and order management (OMS) systems
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and add implemented solutions to knowledge base articles
- Recognize and escalate difficult technical issues to appropriate channels
- Provide world-class customer service while helping customers with technical queries
- Handle incoming tickets and provide clients with updates
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 specialist teams
- Advanced understanding of Windows Server, Exchange/O365 support and configuration, VMware, HyperV or other virtualization layers, and SAN/NAS devices
- Troubleshooting skills in network, firewall, and telecommunications devices
- Experience troubleshooting technical queries in a fast-evolving customer-centered environment
- Strong customer service mindset and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong empathy and listening skills, an eye for detail, and a can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
- Technical certifications are a plus
