A successful plastic injection moulding and toolmaking business are seeking an experienced injection mould Toolmaker to join their team, working on a day »s basis Monday to Friday.
If you want to work with the very latest in cutting edge technology, in a company that continually reinvests, with a rich history and wonderful client base including Automotive, Medical, Electronics and White Goods industries, then this could be the place for you.
Based in Essex, this role is commutable from Stevenage, Chelmsford, Enfield and Brentwood.
As a Toolmaker, your duties will include –
- Manufacturing new injection mould tools
- Repair, modify and maintain existing production tooling
- Fault find and repair on hot runner systems
- Liaising and working with external toolmakers
To be successful in the role of Toolmaker, the ideal candidate will –
- Be an apprentice trained Toolmaker or have equivalent experience
- Have a strong background in injection mould tool manufacture, repair, and maintenance
- Have worked with hot runner systems
- Have experience on CNC and conventional machining
On offer –
A salary up to 40K depending on experience
Monday – Friday day shifts, with OT available
